Katy Perry's praise for the song Runaway in a blog post brought the singer additional acknowledgement. Make it a special day for her. Aurora Aksnes' earliest memory of music is when she discovered a grand piano that was in the attic. It was awe-inspiring to see the possibilities it offered. Jan Oystein Aksnes and May-Britt Aksnes urged Aurora to pursue music, not as an income or as a pastime however, as a chance to grow. She began writing songs of her own. Bjork and Leonard Cohen are among her most favored writers. Her mother encouraged her to perform her music in front of the public, but not in order to achieve fame, but rather to help others realize that they matter and how they can make a difference for humanity. She started playing piano at the age of six, and began writing music at age nine. Her family didn't hear about her music until she reached fourteen. Aurora never dreamed of becoming a star. According to her, she just enjoys writing songs. For her music, is the best way to express anything.
